Franco Vega is the founder of The RightWay Foundation, a nonprofit that helps transition-age foster youth find jobs, stable housing, and mental health support. He shares his own journey, which included being orphaned as a child and struggling with addiction, and ultimately what brought him to establishing this foundation.
