Feeling like I’d nowhere else to go but online because I just couldn’t kick this last bout of insomnia and anxiety, fate stepped in and up popped The Mental Illness Podcast. I can’t believe how lucky I am to have come across your programme. Even luckier when I started listening to you talking with Ali Vingiano. Personally, so many things clicked into place and I’m sure many people were helped with what you and Ali discussed and I’ll be listening again to the episode because there was so much to it. Paul, you are an amazing listener and host. Thank you 🙏
