09/25/2019 at 7:29 pmIn trying to find my way to function I began with many alternative ways of coping, Nutrition, supplements, exercise and time in nature. and all of that and I am sure it was helpful but it was not enough and one day I was doing well, energy was good, and something triggered my brain and I could feel a chemical change .It seemed like it was from nowhere but now I understand triggers. In order for me to do therapy, I needed to medicate. And I will tell you a few of the theripist that I worked with told me I should just give up. I trusted that I could heal and I hope you will to.
