Hey gf!

Thanks for your post, and thanks for asking about my work. It is going really well. I am both grateful and humbled for it.

A final update: Getting out of my head, when I was mowing the lawn, would remind me how sad and lonely I often felt. I had the "surrounded by kind people" loneliness, along with the "my romantic life has tanked" loneliness.

Mowing the lawn was therapeutic, because it helped bring to the surface feelings I had stuffed down since I was focusing on survival.
