Hi All,
For healthy skin increase amount of water you drink daily and watch what you eat. Moisturizing is necessary for the skin so moisturize your skin daily and apply vitamin E oil. Avoid using harsh soap, cleansing creams and cold creams and protect your skin from sun rays. Exercise regularly as it will improve your blood circulation and helps in making your skin healthy.
