Need a really good cry and a hug

Postby meh » March 3rd, 2017, 8:55 am

I'm feeling the blues coming on big time.

I told my girlfriend and she asked me what she could do. I told her to hang tight, this too shall pass.

But right now I feel so awful.

So why am I here? I'm in desperate need of a good cry and a hug and reassurance from someone who knows how I'm feeling. Even a virtual one.

Sending you a virtual hug. Please be kind to yourself, when I get depressed I get mean to myself. If you can cry, please do so, I am jealous because I just cannot cry anymore. <HUGS>

It sounds like the hug you need is from a parent who can watch over you. I'm not that but you have me as your witness. It's safe to cry those tears. You're okay to feel the way you do.

Thank you for this opportunity to reach out and offer you comfort.
Emotionally,

Actually I'm older than you think. :-). Mom lives in Florida and Dad is no longer with us.

It's passing. I'm feeling better. I have my kids this weekend so my mind is sort of occupied.

Thanks everyone for their thoughts.
