Yoga is the perfect medicine for anxiety, depression, back pain, insomnia, panic, etc. I have found my at home practice (because of my agoraphobic tendencies) a very important part of my daily routine. If anyone is interested inbox me and I'll give you some good resources on where to begin ☺
