Made me so happy to hear the e-mail from Policeman Andy, great knowing he's out there listening too.

A lot I liked about their conversation, including:

"The alternative for us, instead of being around people and setting boundaries, is completely withdraw and not have anything to do with people … " (That's about an hour and four minutes into the podcast.)

And then, a little later, when Gilmartin talks about Django Reinhardt playing in a minor key, but keeping the tempo upbeat.

And, Villasenor does a great Maria Bamford!

First: Animal Crossing <3 <3 <3

Second: "With social media, everyone's posting everything so I feel sometimes I close up myself and say 'forget it, I'm worthless, I'm not really needed, these other people can do it instead.'"
I related to that SO much. I've stopped using social media for the most part and Melissa pinpointed the reason for that. Great interview.

" Many people need desperately to receive this message: I feel and think much as you do,
care about many of the things you care about, although most people don't care about them.
You are not alone. " — Kurt Vonnegut Jr.
